Church Office Administrator – (Shared)

Portrait of interim church office administrator, Carol Parker

Carol, a long-time member, has enjoyed singing in the choir and serving in any way she can. She focuses on the church website and facebook updates as well as the newsletter. Coming out of retirement to work with Pastor Grant has been a such blessing. Carol loves her Minnewashta Church family, each with so many unique and special gifts. Like Pastor Grant, Carol also graduated from Minnetonka.

Carol is currently on an extended leave from the office while serving as caregiver for Harvey. She is grateful to be able to work from home a few hours a week updating the website and facebook page, as well as assisting Pastor Grant with the sermon uploads. Carol is especially pleased that Deb has agreed to take on the in-person administrative office duties.

She and husband, Harvey, were married at Minnewashta in 1981. They especially love being at “the lake” during the summer months.

Carol’s favorite Bible verses are Ephesians 5:19; 2 Chronicles 5:13 and John 3:16

Scruffy

Adorable Office Pup

Scruffy loves going on walks with his master and coming to church to hang out in the office (because there are always treats waiting for him). Scruffy spends his office days relaxing in “his” chair where he can watch the birds and squirrels romping outside without him.

Scruffy also loves belly rubs and meeting visitors who come to the church office.

Scruffy’s favorite Bible verse is Matthew 19:19.
