MISSION OF THE MONTH for MAYJeremy Goodell Scholarship Fund – Jeremy was a such special young man to our Minnewashta Church congregation. Jeremy’s enthusiastic and genuine love of the Lord was evident in all he did, but especially in his relationships with our youth. He served as our Youth Pastor for just a short time before he was in a tragic automobile accident and was killed on his way to Vacation Bible School on the evening of August 13, 2001.

Jeremy truly loved his job and had hope of, one day, becoming the Senior Pastor at Minnewashta. He was such a bright light in the lives of so many – we won’t ever forget him. The scholarship program is meant to serve as a special, and enduring way to honor his memory

BENEVOLENCE FUND – The benevolence fund is used to aid families with unexpected or high medical expenses, victims of natural disasters. The unemployed, the under employed and in other similar circumstances.

Please sign up for treats for after-service Coffee Fellowship. The sign up is in the kitchen.

If you have an item for the announcements, please get it to the church office no later than Thursday morning. Thank you.
