Memory Verse – Psalm 94:19 – “Lord, when doubts fill my mind, when my heart is in turmoil, quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer.””

Midweek Message – 6.4.25 – “How to Finish the Race”

Pastor wants to equip us to “Finish the Race”, by giving us these four main steps:
1. RESIST ALL WORLDLY TEMPTATIONS. The world is not your friend. Read Hebrews 12:1; 1 John 2:15; 1 Timothy 6:9; 2 Timothy 4:9-10
2. RENEW MYSELF DAILY. Recharge to stay strong. How often do you have quality time with God? Read 2 Corinthians 4:16; Psalm 94:19
3. RESIST DISCOURAGEMENT. Being discouraged is real & can lead to depression. Read Galatians 6:9; Hebrews 10:36; Hebrews 2:3
4. RELY ON JESUS! It is by the grace & divine power of God that we have everything we need. Read Colossians 1:29; 1 Peter 4:11; Philippians 1:6; 2 Peter 1:3 Read also Acts 20:24; 2 Timothy 4:7; 1 Corinthians 9:24
Let us finish the race together to the glory of God.
