Memory Verse – Luke 6:37-38 –  “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you.”

Midweek Message – 5.7.25 – “The Mark of Spirituality”

“What is the mark of a mature Christian?”, Pastor Grant Hill asks. We must go through our own trials to have the heart of compassion, to be able to gently restore others. We have no right to be judgmental of others, especially when we have not examined ourselves. Jesus, himself, called out the Pharisees for that very thing. Read Galatians 6:1, Luke 6:37-42; John 7:24.

May Mission of the Month – Jeremy Goodell Scholarship Fund –
Jeremy was such a special young man to our Minnewashta Church congregation. Jeremy’s enthusiastic and genuine love of the Lord was evident in all he did, but especially in his relationships with our youth. He served as our Youth Pastor for just a short time before he was in a tragic automobile accident and was killed on his way to Vacation Bible School on the evening of August 13, 2001.

Jeremy truly loved his job and had hope of, one day, becoming the Senior Pastor at Minnewashta. He was such a bright light in the lives of so many – we won’t ever forget him. The scholarship program is meant to serve as a special, and enduring way to honor his memory.

BENEVOLENCE FUND – The benevolence fund is used to aid families with unexpected or high medical expenses, victims of natural disasters. The unemployed, the under employed and in other similar circumstances.
