Missions of the Month for 2025
Each month of the year, Minnewashta Church supports a different “Mission of the Month”. The First Sunday of each month, the 2nd Offering will go to the Minnewashta Benevolence Fund. For the other various missions we support, we have included a link to their website or Facebook page to find out more about them. The Missions of the Month will continue until the end of 2025. Beginning in 2026, your personal donations may be given directly to the organization. Organizations that have been prayerfully chosen by the Leadership Team are as follows & you may find out more about them by clicking on the link provided:

- May – Jeremy Goodell Scholarship Fund
- June – Faith Search International
- July – Tree House Youth Outreach of Minnetonka
- August – MN Adult & Teen Challenge
- September – Alliance Defending Freedom
- October – Haiti Kids School
- November – Voice of the Martyrs Ministry
- December – Salvation Army
December 2025, marks the end of Missions of the Month giving through Minnewashta Church. We will keep the list available for you to check out on your own to give directly to them. This is being done as we wind down our operations by mid-2026.
December – Salvation Army – Doing the Most Good since 1865
The Salvation Army meets human need wherever, whenever, and however we can. For over 100 years The Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Centers have provided spiritual, social, and emotional assistance for men and women who have lost the ability to cope with their problems and provide for themselves. Centers offers residential housing, work, and group and individual therapy, all in a clean, wholesome environment. The physical and spiritual care that program participants receive prepares them to re-enter society and return to gainful employment. Many of those who have been rehabilitated are reunited with their families and resume a normal life.
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
Please prayerfully consider giving to this mission, chosen by our Leadership Team. First Wednesday 2nd Offering goes to Minnewashta Church Benevolence Fund.
