Prayers and Praises:
- Carol – Pray that Carol will be able to find transitional care for Harvey for several weeks before he comes home from the hospital. Pray especially that it would be close by. Praise God that Carol will be provided with extra caregivers, to help her for 3 evenings weekly, once Harvey is back at home. UPDATE ON THURSDAY – Not set in stone yet, but looks like Harvey will be able to go to Presbyterian in Spring Park. Please pray that will work.
- Laurie R – An old friend, Laurie, has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Pray for healing for Laurie.
Also – Praise God that things have finally come together to allow Laurie R. to close on their home. - Carolyn – Pray for healing for her friend’s son, Chris, who is ill with kidney cancer.
Also, Praise God for all our brave veterans this Veteran’s Day. And thanks, to Carolyn for the delicious “war-time cake”, made with no eggs, milk or white sugar, which were rationed during WW II. - Grant – Pray for a quick recovery for Lee Ann Randall, who recently had hip replacement surgery.
- Cindy – Please pray for healing for her brother Tom, who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Pray also for His depression and anxiety to lift, and for Tom to come to know Jesus.
From Melissa via email on 11/12/25 – Please add the boys and Kevin (former Pastor) to the prayer list- Kevin has been flighted over to Minneapolis for heart issues. Zakk is in Charlotte NC and not able to get away to see him, Tyus is rebuilding a relationship with Kevin and is newly married and living in Yankton SD and I think will go see him if Zakk is able to get away and go with. Isaac is living on his own and is in Menno, just 5 miles from me. He knows a little of what is going on but might not understand the severity of the situation.
I, myself don’t know what is going on. Kevin had a pacemaker placed last year and had gall bladder surgery at one point. I believe they are doing an angiogram however, if things don’t go correctly, he will be placed on the heart transplant list- what a full circle of life we live.
I would love some bonus prayers for my babies- as they will always be 🙂 And prayers for Kevin that they figure out whatever it is that they need to figure out.
